TO GET STARTED , there are basically 5 steps to begin your search and selection of investment options down here in Mexico which are outlined below.

• DEFINE YOUR BUDGET : Before beginning to review properties, it is important to ensure your budget on your investment. As you read through my articles and web pages you have and will be introduced on estimated closing costs and other expenses related with the investment transaction here in Mexico.  Mexico Financing is an option, still very, very new here in Mexico and the rates are HIGHER than from our home countries. The majority of Mexican Foreigners who have purchased, have opted to finance/raise capital from their home country sources.

• DEFINE YOUR PROPERTY CRITERIA : In order for us to efficiently select options of properties for your review, we ask that you help us by filling out the questionnaire located at the following link:

• BROWSE LISTINGS : browse listings and select those of interest as we also begin preparing listing options with the criteria outlined from your questionnaire

5. Once you have programmed your trip and arrive, I personally will be picking you up at your hotel, introducing you to Playa del Carmen areas, and showing you the properties previously selected on your list (amongst other properties that we see on the driving tour).

We work directly with developers, and also directly with owners.

If other agencies have an exclusive listing of a property (which is very rare down here in Mexico), we work jointly with the listing agency offices to ensure that our buying clients, have as many options to review and analyze that meet their criteria.
