We feature high performance doors and windows made with hurricane resistant glass for both residential and commercial applications. Our hurricane resistant door and window glazing systems offer you the highest standards in hurricane protection available; our industry leading, top of the line products are manufactured in the US and have been tested and approved by Miami-Dade County/ Florida (NOA) to withstand category 5-hurricane wind forces.
The key elements in hurricane resistant doors and windows are the framing system, laminated glass and sealant. They must all work together. Our hurricane resistant glass is made up of a 0.09” (2.3mm) PVB interlayer that is permanently bonded between two pieces of heat strengthened glass. Our door and window frames are custom engineered to perform with our hurricane resistant glass and are tested to withstand minimum 155 MPH/250 KMH wind forces.
 DIMENSIONS IN GLASS, Inc. custom produces all doors and windows to almost any size to meet our client’s specifications and ships them completely assembled directly to the jobsite, allowing for easy installation. Standard finishes and colors are included, premium and custom colors are available per your request.
